You can do it yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. This page says exactly what happens when you do — and how to ask us instead, if you would rather.
Type DELETE to confirm. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.
A whole salon sits under an owner login — its services, staff, bookings and bills. So that one starts in the app and a person here finishes it, usually the same day.
The short version: everything that says who you are goes, and the salon’s own book of accounts stays — with you taken out of it.
Name, mobile number, email, date of birth and gender. Your number is freed, so signing up again with it gives you a brand new, empty account — not this one back.
Every message we have sent you, and every device we could send one to. Nothing further reaches your phone.
The written comment goes. The star rating stays on the salon’s score, because it is part of that salon’s standing — with no name against it.
The date, the services and what was paid stay with that salon: it is their book of accounts, and tax law requires them to keep it. Your name becomes “Deleted user” and your number is removed, so what is left records a booking and nothing about who made it.
Money you paid online went through a certified payment gateway, which keeps its own records under RBI rules. We never held your UPI PIN, card number or bank password, so there is none of that to erase.
The app will not delete an account with a booking still to come — a salon would be holding a chair for someone it can no longer name. Cancel it, or let it happen, and then delete.
